3 cups Maida
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Yeast
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar

In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

Add the warm water gradually. Also, add the olive oil.

Knead to make a smooth dough without any lumps.

Cover and let the dough rest in a warm, dry place for about an hour. The yeast will rise and the dough should double up in size.
