1 slice Bread

½ tsp Pepper Powder   

¼ cup Cheese

¼ cup Capsicum

¼ cup Onion


Salt as per taste

2 tsp Tomato Sauce

¼ tsp Coriander Powder

¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder

¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

In a pan, heat oil. Fry onion and capsicum for 2-3 minutes.

Step 1

Add salt, pepper powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and tomato sauce. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Take a slice of bread and toast it on both sides for a minute till it turns slightly brown. Apply tomato sauce on one side while keeping the heat on.

Step 3

Next, add the veg mix on top of the toasted bread. Spread it evenly.

Step 4

Grate cheese on top. Cover it with a lid and cook for a minute till cheese starts to melt.

Cut the bread into half. Serve with the dip of choice!
