Craving a roll? Try this healthy masala paneer roll, packed with flavour and ready in just 10 mins. This recipe uses leftover rotis or parathas with a nutritious stuffing made from paneer, vegetables, and spices.

This is a great way to repurpose leftover rotis or parathas into flavour-packed rolls filled with protein-rich paneer, crunchy vegetables, and aromatic spices. Check out the easy step-by-step method below.

1. This quick paneer roll contains fibre (roti or paratha), protein (paneer), and essential nutrients. No additional oil is used in the stuffing.
2. You can also make the rotis using millet flour instead of maida or whole wheat.

For the base:
4 to 5 rotis or parathas
4 tsp mayonnaise (optional)
For the stuffing:
200 grams paneer
½ cup green capsicum, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp grated ginger

2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp kasuri methi (dry or powdered)
1 tsp saunf (fennel) powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp amchur powder
Salt to taste

Take a slab of paneer and either crumble or cut it into fine pieces. Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, and capsicum into a large bowl.

Add the spices such as red chilli powder, pepper, amchur powder, fennel powder, and kasuri methi. Mix well. Add the green chillies, coriander, and mint leaves.

You may also add some green chutney at this stage. Finally, mix in the paneer and add salt as per your taste.

Mix the stuffing thoroughly. Place generous amounts onto roasted rotis or parathas and roll them tightly.
