1 cup ragi flour, 1/4 cup rice flour, 1/4 cup curd, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, salt to taste, water as needed, oil or ghee for cooking

Combine ragi flour, rice flour, curd, cumin seeds, and salt in a bowl. Add water gradually to make a smooth, runny batter.

Set the batter aside for 15-20 minutes to allow the ingredients to blend properly.

Heat a non-stick tawa or skillet on medium heat and grease it lightly with oil or ghee.

Pour a ladle of batter onto the tawa, spreading it evenly. Drizzle some oil and cook until the edges lift. Flip if needed.

Remove the dosa from the pan and serve hot with chutney or sambar for the best taste.
