? cup Carrot, chopped

18-20 Paneer Cubes

tbsp Ghee

1.5 cups Soaked Rice

3 cups Water

4 Cloves

? cup Peas

2 Brown Cardamoms

4 Green Cardamoms

? cup Beans, chopped

1 tsp Salt

2 Bay Leaves

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

2 Cinnamon Sticks

? tsp Black Peppercorns

Step 1

Heat ghee and saute all the whole spices till they splutter.

Step 2

Add chopped carrot, beans, peas, and saute together.

Step 3

Add paneer and salt, and mix well.

Step 4

Add soaked rice and mix everything together.

Step 5

Add water, close the lid and let it cook.

Step 6

Serve on a plate and enjoy it hot.
