Eggless Marble Cake Recipe

1 tbsp Cocoa Powder 

150 gm Maida 

150 gm Sugar

150 gm Butter

¾ cup Milk

1 ½ tsp Baking  Powder

1 tsp Vanilla Essence   

2 tsp Vinegar

How To Make

Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Gradually beat in the milk and vinegar. 

Sift maida and baking powder into the mixture.

Mix thoroughly and add vanilla essence.

Divide the batter into two equal halves. Add cocoa powder in one half and mix well. 

Pour spoonfuls of the two kinds of batter alternatively in a greased and lined cake tin. 

Use a toothpick to create pattern. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. 

Let it cool and serve.
