250 gm Chicken
2 Cloves
1 Bay Leaf
2 tbsp Cashew Paste
¼ cup Fried Onion Paste
½ cup Curd
1 Cinnamon Stick
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 Cardamom
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
Marinate chicken in curd, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
In a pan, heat oil. Add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick and cardamom.
Add marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
Add fried onion paste and cashew paste. Cook till the chicken is soft.
Serve hot with any bread of your choice.
