½ cup Khoya

1 tbsp Ghee

½ cup Water

½ cup Sugar

1 cup Desiccated Coconut

Heat ghee in a pan. Fry khoya for 2-3
minutes till it turns slightly brown.

Step 1

Turn off the heat and add desiccated coconut. Keep mixing thoroughly.

Step 2

Make sugar syrup in a pan by boiling sugar and water together untill the sugar dissolves completely.

Step 3

Add the coconut mixture to the boiled sugar syrup.

Step 4

Transfer the barfi mix to a greased plate. Spread it evenly and let it set for a few hours.

Step 5

Once set, cut into desired shape.
