POORI BHAJI
RECIPE

Ingredients

1 tsp Kasoori Methi

1 tbsp Coriander Leaves

2 tbsp Sooji

2 Potatoes

½ cup Atta

Ingredients

½ tsp Cumin Seeds

Oil as required

¼ tsp Chaat Masala

¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

Ingredients

½ tsp Coriander Powder

¼ tsp Garam Masala

Salt as per taste

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

Knead a dough of atta, sooji, oil, salt and water.

Step 1

Divide the dough into tiny balls and roll them out into circles. Then, fry the rolled puri till it puffs up to shape.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and saute cumin seeds. Add chopped potatoes and stir fry till the potatoes are half-cooked.

Step 3

Season it with turmeric powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, salt, red chilli powder and kasoori methi. Mix well. 

Step 4

Add water and cook till the water dries. Garnish with garam masala and coriander leaves. Serve hot along with the pooris.
