FESTIVE RECIPE:
VEG TANDOORI
PULAO

Ingredients

1 Potato

1 Capsicum

1 Onion

1 Carrot

½ cup Rice, soaked

Ingredients

½ tsp Cumin Seeds

½ cup Curd

7-8 cubes Paneer

½ tsp Garam Masala

¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

Ingredients

½ tsp Coriander Powder

 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

¼ tsp Chaat Masala

Salt as per taste

Take curd in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and chaat masala. Mix well.

Step 1

In a bowl, add paneer, potato, carrot and capsicum. Add enough masala mix to cover it. Keep it aside for 30 minutes to let it marinate.

Step 2

Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry till golden brown. 

Step 3

Now, take another pan and heat oil in it. Add cumin seeds and onion and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Add the fried vegetables and soaked rice, along with the leftover masala mix if required. Mix well.

Step 5

Add water to the pulao. Cover it with a lid and cook till the rice is done. Garnish with coriander and serve hot!
