Lemon is loaded with vitamin C, which helps support your immune system.
Honey is filled with antioxidants and flavonoids that are also known to support immunity.

Water – 1 glass
Flaxseeds (soaked overnight) – 1 tsp
Lemon (juiced) – 1
Honey – 1 tsp

Heat the water and add the pre-soaked flaxseeds to it.
