What makes gol gappe complete? It's not the aloo or the crispy puris but the tangy, refreshing pani! Want to learn how to make it? Follow these steps and enjoy gol gappe at home:

You need 1 cup pudina, 1 cup dhania, 2 green chillies, 1-inch ginger, 1 tsp roasted jeera powder, 1 tsp black salt, 2 tbsp imli, 2 tbsp jaggery and 4 cups water.

Blend pudina, dhaniya, green chillies, ginger, and water in a mixer. Make sure to only add a little water so that the mixture doesn't become diluted.

In a bowl, add imli, jaggery powder, roasted jeera powder, and black salt. Mix everything well to dissolve the imli and jaggery with other ingredients.

Add the green paste to the bowl with other ingredients and mix everything. Then add 4 cups cold water along with some ice to combine the flavours.

Refrigerate the gol gappe ka pani for 30 mins for the flavours to dissolve. Serve cold in crispy puris and spicy aloo to make it a wholesome treat.
