Mumbai's got plenty of drool-worthy street food, but nothing beats a classic grilled sandwich. It's packed with buttery goodness, tangy green chutney, fresh veggies, and of course, loads of cheese. Perfect for breakfast, or any time you're hungry.

4 slices of bread, 50 grams butter,1 onion, thinly sliced,1 capsicum, de-seeded and sliced, 1 tomato, sliced,1 cucumber, sliced

1 boiled potato, sliced, 30 ml mint chutney, Salt (to taste), Chaat masala (to taste), Grated cheese (as much as you like)

Grab three slices of bread and slather on some butter and mint chutney. Make sure every corner gets a little love!

Layer on those potato slices. Sprinkle a little chaat masala and salt for that extra zing. Now, add your onion slices to one of the bread slices.

Pop another slice of bread on top. Add tomato slices, and yep, you guessed it-more chaat masala and salt.

Time for bell peppers and a generous amount of grated cheese. Top it off with the last slice of bread and spread some butter on top.

Heat a tawa on low-medium flame, brush on some ghee, and place your sandwich on it. Cover it with a plate and put something heavy on top to get that nice, even grill.

After 1-2 minutes, take off the plate and flip the sandwich. Let it grill for another minute until golden and crispy. Your Mumbai-style grilled sandwich is ready to devour!
