Mumbai-Style Grilled Sandwich Recipe: How To Make Mumbai-Style Grilled Sandwich
To make this sandwich, take three bread slices and spread a thin layer of butter and green chutney. (Make sure the butter is at room temperature). Slice the boiled potatoes and place them on the bread. Sprinkle some chaat masala and salt to taste.
Now, arrange onion slices on top of one bread slice. Cover it with the second bread slice and place the tomato slices on top of it. Sprinkle some chaat masala and salt again. Add bell pepper slices and grated mozzarella cheese. Cover this with the third bread slice and spread some butter on top.
Apply some ghee on a tawa set on low-medium flame and place the sandwich on it. Cover the sandwich with a plate and keep any heavy item on top of it. (This allows the sandwich to cook properly). After 1-2 mins, remove the plate and flip the sandwich. Allow it to grill for another minute or so. The mumbai-style grilled sandwich is ready!
