Egg tawa pulao is a delicious and healthy meal. This is a fuss-free recipe that does not require too much time or effort. Try this flavourful dish at home with these simple steps.

Eggs – 4
Salt – To taste
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Butter – 2 Tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste -1 Tbsp
Red chilli paste -1 Tbsp
Onion -1 (chopped)
Tomato-1 (chopped)
Red chilli powder – 1

Coriander powder-1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder - ½ Tbsp
Pav bhaji masala-1 Tbsp
Capsicum -1
Boiled eggs- 4
Cooked basmati rice -3 cups
Coriander leaves- For garnish

In a bowl, beat four eggs with some salt and set aside.

In a separate pan, heat oil and butter. Add ginger-garlic paste and red chilli paste. Sauté for a couple of minutes until aromatic.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Then, add the chopped tomato and cook until soft and pulpy.

Now, add the spices—red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and pav bhaji masala. Sauté for a minute to enhance the flavours.

Pour in the beaten eggs and mix well. Add the chopped capsicum and cook for about a minute. Then, add the boiled eggs (cut into pieces) and stir gently.

Finally, add the cooked rice and mix everything well. Garnish with coriander leaves & squeeze some lemon juice over it. Your Egg Tawa Pulao is ready to serve!
