Say hello to a cheela that is packed with spinach, oats & all things good for you. This recipe is not just nutritious also easy to make . Bonus? It fits right into your weight-loss goals.

1 cup oats flour, 1/2 cup spinach, ginger, 3 garlic cloves, 1-2 green chillies, 1/2 tsp ajwain, A pinch of hing, Salt to taste, Spices as per preference, Ghee

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of oats flour with water to make a batter. Keep the consistency slightly thick but smooth.

In a grinder, blend boiled spinach, ginger, garlic, green chillies, ajwain, hing, and salt into a puree.

Add the spinach puree to the oats batter. Mix well and season with your preferred spices.

Heat a tawa and grease it lightly with desi ghee. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it evenly into a cheela shape.

Cook on medium to low heat, flipping once, until both sides are golden brown.
