2 whole wheat pizza bases
1 onion, chopped
200 g paneer (cottage cheese)
½ capsicum
½ cup mushrooms
7–8 olives
1 tomato, chopped
Olive oil for cooking

2 cups tomato purée
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp sugar
7–8 basil leaves
Salt to taste
Oregano and red chilli flakes to taste

Cook the tomato purée with basil, garlic-ginger paste, and spices in olive oil until it thickens and smells rich.
