Looking for a healthy pasta recipe? Try this whole wheat pasta cooked in a delicious mushroom sauce. It's quite easy to make and perfect for any time. Follow this recipe:

50 grams of shiitake mushrooms (soaked in warm water for 15 mins), 100 grams of fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1 tbsp onion, chopped

1 garlic clove1 tbsp fresh thyme or fresh parsley, chopped, 100 grams whole wheat pasta (penne or linguine), Salt and pepper for seasoning, 1 tbsp olive oil

Put the pasta in boiling salted water for the time specified on the packet. While the pasta is boiling, prepare the sauce.

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, saute the onion and garlic in olive oil, then add the mushrooms.

Once the wine has evaporated, add some of the water from the soaked shiitake mushrooms.

Add salt, herbs, and cook for 5-6 minutes. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the sauce with a little bit of pasta water. Serve immediately.
