Mushrooms are super low in calories and packed with protein, making this meal a win-win. The best part? It takes less than 30 minutes to whip up! Here's how you do it:

2 cups mushrooms, 10-12 garlic cloves, 1 egg, Black pepper, Salt, Chilli flakes, 1-2 tsp fresh parsley, 1-2 tsp butter, 1 slice of multi-grain bread, grated cheese (optional)

Heat a pan and toss in that butter. Add the garlic and chilli flakes, sauteing until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic!

Add the mushrooms and cook until they soften and turn a light golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, and your herbs of choice.

In a separate pan, make a sunny-side-up egg. Get that yolk ready to ooze!

It's time to bring it all together. Toast the bread, pile on the sauteed mushrooms, sprinkle some cheese if you're feeling fancy, and top with the egg. Boom, breakfast is served!
