HOW TO MAKE MOONGLET
FOR BREAKFAST

1 Onion 

½ cup Moong Dal, soaked 

1 tbsp Coriander Leaves 

3 Green Chillies 

1 Tomato 

Ingredients

1 tsp Oil 

1 tsp Butter 

 Salt to taste

Baking Soda - a pinch

In a bowl, add soaked moong dal, salt, green chillies and water. Grind to make a paste. 

Step 1

In the moong dal batter, add chopped onion, chopped tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves. 

Step 2

Mix well. Add baking soda. 

Step 3

In a pan, heat oil. Pour batter and spread evenly. 

Step 4

Cover and cook for 4 mins. 

Step 5

 Flip on the other side, cover and cook for another 4 mins.

Step 6

Make 4 slits in the middle. Add butter and cook for a minute. Serve hot.
