KESAR THANDAI

2 tbsp Sugar 

1 tbsp Saffron 

2 cups Milk

Ingredients for Thandai Masala

½ tsp Cinnamon Powder 

2 tbsp Pistachios, chopped

2 tbsp Cashews, chopped 

2 tbsp Almonds, blanched

Ingredients for Thandai Masala

½ cup Milk 

4 Black Peppercorns 

1 tsp Cardamom Powder 

1 tsp Fennel Seeds

STEP 1

Combine almonds, cashews, pistachios, cinnamon powder, fennel seeds, cardamom powder, black peppercorns and milk. Grind to make paste. 

STEP 2

In a heavy bottom pan, boil milk. 

STEP 3

Add saffron. Mix well. Then, add sugar. 

STEP 4

Add thandai paste. Mix well. 

STEP 5

Serve chilled.
