HOLI SPECIAL:
THANDAI ICED TEA
RECIPE

Ingredients

1/2 cup Ice Cubes

2 tsp Khus Khus

2-3 tbsp Sugar

1 Tea Bag

1/4 cup Almonds

7-8 Black Peppercorn

1/4 tsp Cardamom Seeds

Saffron - a pinch

1 tsp Fennel Seeds

Prepare the Thandai masala. Grind together almonds, khus khus, cardamom seeds, black peppercorn and fennel seeds.

Step 1

Now, transfer this thandai masala powder to a teapot.

Step 2

Add sugar, saffron and tea bag to the same teapot.

Step 3

Add hot water and mix everything well. Let it chill for an hour.

Step 4

Put ice cubes in a tall glass.

Step 5

Strain the thandai iced tea on the glass. Serve chilled!
