¼ cup Dry Fruits, roasted

1 tsp Ghee

1 cup Gur

½ tbsp Seeds Mix

½ tbsp Black Pepper Powder

½ tsp Fennel Seeds

½ tbsp Ginger Powder


Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan. Add gur.

Step 2

Add some water and let the gur melt on a low flame.

Step 3

Add black pepper powder, ginger powder and fennel seeds to the melted gur, and mix.

Step 4

Toss in the dry fruits and seeds mix and combine everything well.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture to a plate lined with butter paper. Let it cool.

Step 6

Cut it into pieces of desired shape and size. Consume immediately or store in an air-tight container.
