¼ tsp Cardamom Powder

¼ cup Ghee

½ cup Sugar

1 cup Besan

In a pan, add ghee. Let it melt completely. 

Step 1

Add the besan to the pan. Let it roast over low heat till it starts to brown. Take it off the flame and let it cool completely.

Step 2

Add the powdered sugar to the besan mix.

Next, add cardamom powder.

Step 4

Give it a thorough mix so that all ingredients combine together.

Step 5

Once the dough is ready, make small ladoos out of the mixture using your hands.

Step 6

Garnish with a single almond sliver. Consume immediately or store in an air-tight jar.
