A 30ml espresso shot has about 60-65 milligrams of caffeine. A 230 ml cup of instant coffee has about 62 milligrams of caffeine.

Tea has less caffeine in comparison to coffee. A 230 ml cup (1 US cup) of black tea has about 47 milligrams of caffeine.

3. Green Tea

Green tea is popularly consumed for weight loss and has less caffeine. A 230 ml cup has about 28 milligrams of caffeine.

4. Soft Drinks

One can of Coke (350 ml) has 34 mg of caffeine. Pepsi contains 38 mg, Diet Coke has 46 mg, while Mountain Dew has 54 mg caffeine.

Matcha is a Japanese green tea made from powdered dry tea leaves. Surprisingly, a 230 ml cup of matcha tea has about 70 mg of caffeine.

6. Energy Drinks

Energy drinks are high in caffeine for mental and physical stimulation. A 250 ml can of Red Bull has 80 mg of caffeine.
