1. Change Cooking Hours

Finish your cooking in one go in the morning to avoid the heat later in the day. Or cook in the evening after sunset for dinner.

2. Find Quick Recipes

Choose dishes that can be cooked quickly. Opt for recipes that are simple and require fewer techniques and save time in the kitchen.

3. Minimum Cooking

Avoid stove heat by choosing recipes that need minimal or no cooking. Eat more fruits, salads and light dishes that don't require heat.

Save time and energy by cutting, chopping, and prepping spices in advance. Plan meals and prepare ingredients beforehand.
