Ingredients:

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
20 ml espresso
80 ml milk
3–4 ice cubes
1 red velvet muffin

Step-1

Add milk, 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 2 ice cubes, and a shot of espresso to a blender. Blend it all for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Now drop in half of the red velvet muffin. Blend again, but only for 3–4 seconds. You want that cakey texture, not a complete mush.
