Bored of the same old paratha? Achari Paratha is the game-changer you need. Packed with tangy, spicy flavours from pickle masala, it is the perfect way to add some zing to your breakfast. Plus, it is easy to make!

1 cup wheat flour
½ tsp achar or achar masala
2 tsp oil
1 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste

Crush and finely chop the elements of your favourite achar. Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl or plate.

Make a well in the flour and add the chopped achar. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and drizzle some oil.

Mix everything well and knead it into a soft dough. Divide it into small portions.

Roll out each dough ball into a circular paratha. Spread some oil, fold it in half, and then fold it once more to form a triangle.

Roll out the triangular paratha and fry it on a hot tawa with a generous amount of ghee. Cook until crisp and golden brown.
