How To Make Air Fryer Paneer Tikka

Paneer tikka is a classic starter, usually cooked in a clay oven. But here's an easier, healthier way to make it - right in your air fryer! No mess, no fuss, just deliciously smoky paneer tikka in mins.

Ingredients:

300g paneer, 1 cup dahi, 1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp haldi, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp red chilli, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 2-3 tsp oil, Salt to taste

Step 1

In a bowl, mix dahi, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder, haldi, garam masala, jeera powder, coriander powder, & salt. Stir well to make a smooth marinade.

Add the paneer cubes to the bowl and toss gently until every piece is well coated with the marinade.

Let the paneer sit for 20 to 30 minutes so it soaks up all those flavours.

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C and lightly brush the basket with oil. Place the paneer cubes in, making sure they're not sticking together.

Air fry for 10 to 15 minutes until golden and slightly charred. Take them out and serve hot with pudina chutney.
