Start by heating oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chillies. Let them cook until the onions turn golden in colour.

Now, stir in chopped tomatoes along with salt, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the spices blend well.

Crumble fresh paneer with your hands and add it to the masala. Mix everything together, letting the paneer soak up all the flavours.

Keep stirring the mixture for 5-7 minutes on low heat. Make sure the paneer is well coated with the masala, or else it won't be flavourful.
