This Andhra-style chilli egg fry is delicious and easy to make. Cook some eggs with green chilli and coriander paste, add spices, and you are good to go.

Eggs are rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals, and they are very filling, which makes them ideal for weight loss. Best of all, you can cook them in various ways according to your taste.

2-3 Eggs
1 Chopped Onion
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
5-6 Green chillies, slit
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
Garam masala powder to taste
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Coriander leavesOil

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and cumin seeds.

To begin the recipe, heat oil (preferably coconut oil) in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and let them splutter.

Next, add chopped onion and sauté until slightly brown. Now, add 5-6 slit green chillies and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder, and mix well.

Break 2-3 eggs into the mixture and stir everything together. Allow the eggs to cook properly.

Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, and garam masala to taste. Mix thoroughly. Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves on top.
