Are you a fan of prawns? Then you've got to try this Andhra-style prawn fry. Packed with bold flavours, this dish is perfect for seafood lovers. Here's how to make it.

½ kg prawns
1 large onion, chopped
2 red chillies
½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
¼ tbsp haldi
¼ tbsp garam masala
½ tsp dry coconut powder
Salt

Take washed prawns in a bowl and add chopped onions, red chilli powder, haldi, salt, ginger-garlic paste, and red chillies. Mix well and set aside.

In a pan, pour some oil and add the marinated prawns. Cover with a lid and cook on medium flame until the water is absorbed.

Once dry, add oil along with dry coconut powder and garam masala. Mix well and cover with a lid. Cook on low flame to increase its flavour.

Keep cooking until the prawns are crispy and golden. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and serve this Andhra-style Prawn fry with rice or roti!
