1/2 cup Sugar, powdered
1 cup Maida
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
A pinch of Salt

3 tbsp Curd
1/4 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 cups Banana Puree
In a bowl, whisk butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla essence. Give it a good mix.
Pour curd and mix. Add the banana puree and mix with a spoon.
Sift maida and the remaining dry ingredients into the mixture.
Combine everything with a spatula. Pour the batter in a baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 190°C or till the toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cut and serve.
