Besan Bhurji is not just tasty, it's also packed with nutrients, making it a go-to choice for anyone who's health-conscious. Here's how to whip it up in just a few easy steps.

1 cup besan
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp oil or ghee

Start by dry roasting the besan on a low flame until it turns light golden. Once done, set it aside.

In the same pan, heat some ghee and toss in the chopped onions. Saute until they turn translucent, then throw in the green chillies.

Add in the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Stir everything well, and let it cook for a minute or two until the spices are fragrant.

Now, add the roasted besan to the veggie-spice mix. Stir everything together, making sure the besan is perfectly combined with the spices.
