Besan ladoos are irresistible, tasty and delicious. These melt-in-your-mouth delights are easy to make and loved by kids and adults alike. Here's how you can make them at home.

To make besan ke ladoo, you will need besan (gram flour), ghee, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, chopped nuts (almonds and cashews), and a few saffron strands.

In a pan, heat one cup of ghee and add two cups of besan to it. Roast on low flame and keep stirring for 20 minutes until the besan becomes golden brown.

After the besan is roasted, add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder and a pinch of saffron strands. Mix well and remove from heat. Let it cool down completely.

Add 1 cup of powdered sugar and ½ cup of chopped nuts (almonds and cashews) to the roasted besan. Mix well so that the sugar is dissolved completely.

Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round ladoos using your hands. Make sure they are firm. Let them cool down and serve fresh!
