How To Make Bread Dahi Vada

Ingredients

10 bread slices, curd, Oil, Salt and black pepper, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp aamchoor powder, mint leaves, jeera powder, 1 tbsp anardana

Step-1

Start by trimming the brown edges off the bread slices. Soak the slices in water and then squeeze out the excess moisture.

Mash the paneer and mix it with the soaked bread slices until well combined.

Add a pinch of salt and aamchoor, then shape the mixture into small balls. Flatten them slightly and deep fry until they turn golden brown.

Once fried, remove them from the oil and let them soak in warm water for about 10 mins. After soaking, give them a gentle squeeze and set aside.

Whisk the curd until smooth, then season with salt and chilli powder. Pour it over the vadas & garnish with mint, jeera powder, and anardana.
