250 gm Chicken
8 Cashews
1/2 cup Fried Onion
2 Tomatoes
1/2 cup Curd
1 cup Rice, half cooked
1 tbsp Ghee
2 Cloves
1 Bay Leaf
1 tbsp Cream
2 tbsp Butter
3 Black Peppercorn
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt as per taste
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Cardamom
1/2 tsp Tandoori Masala
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Cumin Powder
Marinate chicken with salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, tandoori masala, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and curd for 30 minutes.
Heat butter in a pan. Grill the marinated chicken on both sides untill golden brown.
Grind together tomato, fried onion and cashews.
Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, black peppercorn, cinnamon stick and cloves. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and tomato paste.
Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala and water. Let it come to a boil.
Add curd, cream and grilled chicken. Cook for approximately seven minutes.
Top the chicken with rice, ghee, fried onion, and coriander leaves. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
