2 Tomatoes
1 Burger Bun
150 gm Boneless Chicken
1 Onion, chopped
¼ cup Curd
2-3 Lettuce Leaves
½ cup Maida
½ cup Maida
½ cup Maida
½ cup Maida
1 tsp Mustard Oil
2 tbsp Onion Ring
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Garlic
2 tbsp Cream
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Vinegar
2 Green Chillies
1 tsp Kasoori Methi
Salt as per taste
¼ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
Take the chicken chunks in a bowl and add salt, cumin powder, mustard oil, vinegar, ginger-garlic paste and kasoori methi.
Add curd. Marinate for 2 hours. Grill till the chicken chunks till they turn golden brown in colour. Shred them after they cool down.
Boil water in a saucepan and add tomatoes, onion, garlic, green chilli and a dollop of butter. Boil until the tomatoes turn soft. Let it cool and grind.
Add butter to a pan and add the tomato puree in it. Add red chilli powder to it and cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt, garam masala, sugar, kasoori methi and mix.
Add cream and grilled chicken to it and cook for a while.
Now, cut the burger bun into two halves and toast them. Spread the butter chicken gravy.
Add some chicken chunks, top with onion rings, lettuce and close the other bun. Serve.
