2 tbsp Cream

2 slices Bread

½ cup Onion Paste

½ cup Tomato Puree

150 gm Boneless Chicken 


1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1 tsp Kasoori Methi

1 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp Mayonnaise


½ tsp Turmeric Powder

Salt as per taste

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

Marinate the chicken with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste. Let it rest for 30 mins. Shallow fry it and keep aside.

Step 1

In the same pan, put some butter and let it melt. Add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree. 

Step 2

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add cream, kasoori methi and the fried chicken prepared earlier.

Step 4

Add mayonnaise to the chicken mix. Spread the mixture on a slice of sandwich bread. Cover it with another slice.

Step 5

Grill the sandwich on low heat in a buttered pan. You can also use a griller for this. Cut it into half and serve hot!
