HOW TO MAKE
CHATPATA PANEER

½ cup Fried Onion Paste 

10 cubes Paneer

½ cup Curd

1 tsp Garlic

1 tbsp Ghee

Ingredients

1 tsp Cream 

1 tsp Coriander Leaves

½ tsp Lemon Juice

½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

Salt as per taste

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 

1 tsp Cumin Powder 

In a pan, heat some ghee. Add garlic and let it turn golden-brown.

Step 1

Add fried onion paste and curd. Saute for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder and lemon juice.

Step 3

Add paneer cubes and cook for 7-8 minutes.

Step 4

Add kasoori methi and cream. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
