HOW TO MAKE
CHETTINAD CHICKEN
RASAM

Ingredients

250 gm Boneless Chicken

½ tsp Turmeric Powder

2 tbsp Rasam 

½ cup Tomato

½ cup Onion

Ingredients

¼ tsp Hing

Salt to taste

1 Green Chilli

¼ tsp Mustard Seeds

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

Take chicken pieces in a pressure cooker. Add tomato and onion.

Step 1

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix. 

Step 2

Now add water and pressure-cook up to two whistles.

Step 3

Add rasam powder to it and mix. Boil and simmer for 10 minutes, and keep the prepared Rasam aside.

Step 4

For the tadka, take oil in a pan. Add hing, mustard seeds and green chillies to it. Let everything sputter. 

Step 5

Add the tadka to the bowl of cooked rasam and serve hot.
