¼ cup Milk

¼ cup Cream

½ cup Curd

500 gm Chicken


2 Green Chillies

1 tbsp Coriander Leaves

½ cup Tomato Puree

2 Onions


1 tbsp Coriander Powder

2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

 Salt to taste

2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder

8 Almonds

8 Cashewnuts


½ tbsp Lemon Juice

4-5 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Kasoori Methi

1 tsp Chaat Masala

Step 1

Marinate chicken pieces with curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Put marinated chicken in a pan. Cook till gravy dries.

Step 3

Heat oil in another pan. Fry onion slices, cashews and almonds till they turn brown.

Step 4

Add milk to fried onion, cashews and almonds. Grind to make a paste.

Step 5

In a pan, heat oil. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala and garam masala. Saute for a minute.

Step 7

Add cream, onion paste and cooked chicken.

Step 8

Add kasoori methi and a cup of water. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Step 9

Add coriander leaves and green chilli. Serve hot.
