Get ready to fall in love with Chicken Malai Seekh Biryani! This delicious twist on classic biryani mixes fragrant rice with aromatic spices, juicy kebabs & a creamy cashew paste.

2 Black cardamom, 3 Cloves, 1 Star anise, Mace, 1 Bay leaves, 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste, 2 Green chillies, 1 tsp Red chilli,1 tsp Coriander powder

1 tsp Biryani masala, Salt1, Onions, 1 tbsp Cashew paste, 2 cup Rice, 1/2 cup Curd, 1 cup sliced Seekh kebabs, 1 tbsp Saffron milk soaked, 1 tbsp Ghee

Boil water in a large vessel and toss in black cardamom, cloves, star anise, mace, and bay leaves for that aromatic kick.

When the water is bubbling away, add rice and cook until it's about 90% done. Heat some oil in the pan, toss in the whole spices, and sauté silced onions.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sliced green chillies, then add a pinch of red chilli, coriander powder, biryani masala, and salt.

Now, mix in the curd, followed by a generous half-cup of cashew paste (or if you're feeling fancy, throw in some cheese).
