HOW TO MAKE
CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

Ingredients

2 tbsp Carrot

2 tbsp Onion

1 cup Chicken Broth

½ cup Noodles, boiled

150 gm Chicken, boiled

1 tsp Ginger

1 Bay Leaf

2 tbsp Beans

2 tbsp Mushroom

Ingredients

Salt as per taste

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

½ tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Garlic

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, ginger, garlic and bay leaf. Saute till colour changes.

Step 1

Now add carrot, beans, mushroom and chicken. Give it a good stir.

Step 2

Sprinkle the spices such as salt, black pepper powder and turmeric powder. Mix everything together and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Once the vegetables start to brown, add in the chicken broth and let it simmer.

Step 4

Finally, add water as required and boiled noodles. Let it come to a boil and then simmer for 6-7 minutes. Serve hot!
