How To Make Chicken Pizza In 30 Minutes

Chicken pizza is a solid twist on the classic Italian favourite. This one is all about juicy chicken, melty cheese, a hit of spice, and a crispy base. It is quick, satisfying, and perfect for movie nights or house parties.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp chilli or sunflower oil, 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into ½-inch pieces), 1 tsp grated root ginger (peeled), 3-4 garlic cloves, 4-5 tbsp pasta sauce

Ingredinets:

1 tsp soy sauce, ¼ tsp chilli powder, 1 ready-made pizza base or garlic pizza flatbread (10-12 inches), ½ red onion, 30g cheddar cheese (grated), fresh coriander leaves

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.

Add the ginger and garlic, stirring for a couple of minutes. Mix in the pasta sauce or tomatoes, soy sauce, and chilli powder.

Spread the mixture evenly over the pizza base. Top with sliced onion and grated cheese.
