1 Green Chilli
1 tsp Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt as per taste
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Green Chutney
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Onion
100 gm Minced Chicken
In a bowl, combine minced chicken with coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.
Further, add coriander leaves, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste.
Wrap the seasoned minced meat around skewers.
Remove the skewers and fry the kebabs in a pan till the chicken is cooked through.
Take a roti and spread green chutney on one side. Place the chicken seekh kebab at its centre and garnish it with onion rings.
Roll it up as a wrap. The chicken seekh kebab roll is ready!
