HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN TIKKA
BURGER

Ingredients

1 tbsp Mayonnaise

2 tbsp Curd

100 gm Boneless Chicken

1 Lettuce Leaf

1 Burger Bun

Ingredients

1 tbsp Green Chutney

1 tsp Mustard Oil

4-5 Tomato Slices

4-5 Onion Rings

1 tsp Lemon Juice

Ingredients

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

Salt to taste

Marinate boneless chicken with salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, mustard oil and curd for 30 minutes.

Step 1

Grill the chicken pieces until the colour changes to golden brown.

Step 2

Make the burger sauce by mixing green chutney and mayonnaise. Then, apply the sauce to both sides of the burger halves.

Step 3

Place onion rings and tomato slices on the bottom half of the burger.

Step 4

Now, arrange the chicken tikkas and place the lettuce leaf on top of it. Finally, cover with the top half of the burger and press lightly. Serve immediately!
