Chinese Bhel is a fun Desi Chinese snack which combines crispy fried noodles, veggies and spicy sauces. Read on to learn how to make it at home.

2 cups boiled noodles, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp schezwan sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste.

1/2 cup spring onion greens, 1 capsicum, 1/2 cup cabbage, 1/2 cup tomato, 1/2 cup carrot, 1/2 tbsp ginger, 1/2 tbsp garlic. Shred, slice, finely chop all veggies.

Once cooled, deep fry the boiled noodles, drain excess oil and keep ready. In a kadhai, heat oil and saute the ginger and garlic on high flame.

Add carrot, cabbage, capsicum and spring onions. Stir-fry the veggies for 30 seconds. Add the sauces and vinegar. Mix well and taste to adjust salt.

Crush the fried noodles and add them to the wok. Add chopped tomato and mix. Garnish with extra spring onion greens and serve hot.
