HOW TO MAKE
CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES

Ingredients

1 cup Maida

¼ cup Brown Sugar

½ cup Chocolate Chunks

¼ cup White Sugar

¼ cup Butter

Ingredients

Salt - a pinch

¼ tsp Baking Soda

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Take maida in a bowl. Add salt and baking soda. Mix well.

Step 1

Take melted butter in a bowl. Add white sugar and brown sugar. Whisk well.

Step 2

Add vanilla essence and egg. Whisk properly.

Step 3

Add maida and other powders and mix until fully incorporated.

Step 4

Add chocolate chunks and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour.

Step 5

Arrange cookies evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Let them cool completely and serve.
