Rice 1 cup
Boiled chana 2 cups
Onion chopped
Tomatoes choppedGreen chillies
Ginger Garlic
Jeera
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add jeera and let it splutter. Add green chillies, grated ginger, garlic, and onion. Cook until the onion turns slightly brown.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Stir well and mix in tomatoes. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.

Add rice, boiled chickpeas, and 2 cups of water. Close the pressure cooker and cook for one whistle. It will be soft, hot, and ready to serve.
